My name is Sheila Davis and I am a fully qualified and experienced hypnotherapist.  I studied at the Careline School of Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy and I hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy.  I am also a trained Crisis Telephone Counsellor and I worked voluntarily at Careline, a national charity.

Hypnotherapy is a truly amazing tool for resolving issues and creating positive change.  As an experienced hynpotherapist I can help you feel more relaxed and confident while you make the changes you want to see in your life.  During our sessions you will be fully supported while you move toward your goals.

As a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), I am bound by their codes and ethics which ensure safety and confidentiality at all times.

My practice is in Eastwood and I also work out of Hollywood Secrets in Rayleigh and I cover Southend-on-Sea, Rayleigh, Hockley, Leigh-on-Sea, Benfleet, Hullbridge and surrounding areas.
